Description

For lab samples, small series, model-making, or for the professional use of SMD-components with hot air pistons, hot plate, soldering iron etc. They are conveniently stored in syringes and therefore quarantee a clean and accurate usage. The soldering paste can be used directly from the cartridge, no mixing is needed. Especially helpful for very dense placement.
Easy handling with controlled hot air- or electronic soldering iron - apply the dosed soldering paste on the solder joint, place the components, warm the solder joint, the SMD solder joint and the SMD-circuit are ready. The soldering paste can also be applied for SMD-Rework as new contact layer. Soldering paste ist a supply material like solder wire, solder blotting wick, rosin and belongs to every solder joint.

Recommended soldering temperature: 280°C
Contents: 50g, enough for ca. 30.000 solder joints
Storage stability: ca. 5-6 months, storage in the refrigerator is recommended (0-10°C).
