Prepayment by bank transfer (cash before delivery)

You order and transfer the invoice amount to the specified account. We will deliver your order as soon as your payment has been confirmed and as soon as the ordered product is available.
Please note that money transfer(also on-line transfers) needs 1-3 bank working days and another working day for the internal booking has to be considered additionaly. Therefore, for urgent orders we do not recommend a money transfer!
It is necessary to indicate by your transfer the reason for payment specified by us, if known, your customer number or the order number in case of an online-order ! This facilitates the attribution of your order.

Invoice (payment on receipt of invoice)

Payment on invoice is possible only for large companies, public institutions or state offices, schools, universities and institutes. The payment on invoice is currently for private customers not possible. If necessary we reserve the right to refuse the payment on invoice.
The basis of every first order, payable on receipt of invoice is an order with letter head and signature per fax to 02403-55592-15.

Cash on delivery(UPS/DHL/Shipping)

Within Germany and the most european countries you have the possibility to pay cash on delivery. You pay the invoice upon receipt of the goods by your parcel carrier. The payment possibilities and costs for different countries can be found further down on this page. We offer this payment service, cash on delivery, in EU-countries only for orders carried out by UPS.

What istPayPal?
PayPal is an online-payment service, by means of which your purchases can be done easily and quickly: by wiltec.info, eBay and other online-shops.
Open an PayPal-account and connect it to your bank-account or your credit card.

This way you can easily pay with PayPal by wiltec.info:

• Put your desired article in the wiltec. info-shopping cart icon.
• You can choose the most favourable dispatch option by "PayPal" as payment method and your favourite delivery service.
• Please follow further instructions in Shop.

It is a fast and safe payment with PayPal. Your data is registered in a terminal-window and transmitted via a secure connection to PayPal.

You pay the total amount at our cashpoint - no EC card or credit card!
Please note the opening hours. For long distances please check the product availability in advance.

Letter post delivery

Here you can find out how we send your order by letter post and what benefits this type of shipment can offer.
Shippment tracking
» The goods delivered by us cannot be tracked.
» The scheduled transit time amounts to 24 hours, 99 % of the shipments.
» The delivery ensures from Monday to Saturday all day long.
» The shipment is simply dropped into your letter box.

Delivery attempt
» You do not have to be at home when the item is delivered.

Important information
» Cash on delivery is not possible.
» Not all articles can be sent per letter post. If this shipment type is not specified in the offer, the dispatch by letter post is not possible.

Shipment with German Post - Parcel (DHL)

Everyone knows the yellow cars and the nationwide branch network. This makes DHL a reliable and cheap partner.

Shipment tracking
» The delivered goods are traceable online.
» We inform you about the shippment details in the shipping confirmation, this way you can see the expected delivery date and you can better plan the acceptance of the delivery.
» The delivery ensures from Monday to Saturday all day long.
» Abroad only a very poor traceability of shipment is possible.

Delivery attempt
» If the receiver is not found on delivery time, the parcel is stored at the post office.
» You will receive in case of absence a notification on the delivery attempt.
» With this notification card you can contact DHL for a second delivery attempt or you can collect it directly by post office.

Important Information
» Cash on delivery is limited to 3.500 EUR invoice amount.
» For cash on delivery DHL charges 2 Euro extra.
» The shipment can be collected at a post office.
» Delivery to a packing station is possible.

UPS Shipment(United Parcel Service)
